Should parents be able to name their children anything they like?





Its their kid but they are not the ones who has to grow up with it and has to deal with the problems their children are going to face.

it seems to me that the moral of the story is:


it's best to avoid doing drugs while choosing the name of your children!
Reply:Well yeah parents can name there child whatever they want and if the kid doesn't like they can go jump off a bridge or get a nickname.








And what problems are they gonna have? They are frickin loaded with cash, they can pay to have people like their names.
Reply:i think that some of them names up there is cute and if a child dont like they name they could change it when they get older.if your mother can carry you around 4 nine months she can name you what ever she feel like.

Reply:If the same isn't offensive, then yes, they can name their children whatever they want, just like you can name your child whatever you want.





You should consider finding something else to worry about other than what celebs name their kids.

People can be a little weird with names. Yes, they have a right to do so. Some would say that it helps their young one build character.
Reply:i have to agree with you. i don't like celebs naming their kids stupid names. BUT like you said, it is their kid. they can do whatever they want with them
Reply:Some of these names you posted are perfectly normal, however rare - Luna, Rufus, Shiloh, Brooklyn, Willow... I've known other people by these names. I think they're pretty names actually.
Reply:Calico, Brooklyn, and Liberty aren't that bad. But the rest are DEFINITELY ridiculous.

Reply:Some of those are really cool or pretty though. As long as they aren't too ugly or dumb, but some of these are outrageous. You can legally change your name when you're older.

Brooklyn is a normal name.
Reply:Yes, parents can name their children whatever they want. Growing up with an unusual name doesn't mean the child will be mentally damaged. Would you want someone telling you what you could/could not name your kid?

Reply:Can be quite insane! How about Gwen Stephanie and Gavin Rossdale's newest addition? They named him Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale; brother is Kingston. Now that's just crazy.
