I want to change the last names of my children, how can I do that?

In the state of Arkansas, under what conditions can I have my children's name legally changed?
You would need the consent of their father if the kids are under 18. The Clerk of the Court can give you the papers to file with the court. as long as you are not trying to commit a fraud, the court will approve the change. If you do it yourself all you will need to do is pay the court filing fees.
