and i am expecting again and thinking about trinity belle for a girl (belle after my hubbys grandma) and landon michael (after my late brother who was brandon michael)
Reply:Step-son's name is Roger Mason. Roger is after his grandpa who passed away when his father was little and Mason was just the name his dad came up with. They call him Mason though.





My daughter's name is Mikayla Dawn. I really like Michael as a boys name but I ended up having a girl and I didn't like Michaela as the spelling so I picked Mikayla. Dawn is my middle name.

Reply:My son's name is Lars Andrew. He husband came home one day shortly after we found out the gender and decidedly stated that we were naming our son Lars and he wasn't changing his mind. I agreed. My husband is Mexican, Italian, and Irish and my family is Irish, so Lars has a nice uniqueness about it. I picked Andrew as a middle name because both of us are catholic. It works. It's short, to go with a long last name and is easy to say and spell.

Jacob Austin - his name was already Jacob before I adopted him and I added Austin (my great uncle's name)





Emily Gail - I completely changed her name at adoption. I love old names like Emily and my mom's middle name is Gail.

I like Miranda and Randall. - nice names.





I like Wendy better than Gwen as a nickname for Gwendolyn. (I prefer the more common spelling)





Personally though I prefer Guinevere or Ginevra over Gwendolyn/Gweneth.





Gwendolyn sounds good with your other kids names.

*Paige Nicole,17,......Grandmothers last name was Cole,just liked Paige at the time it was unusual...


*Troy Denton,13,.....Troy is my Brothers name,and Denton Texas is where we lived at the time he was born..


Austin Lee,11,..(soon to be12)...Lee is my Mom's middle name,and Austin I just liked at the time...

-His first name I'd heard on a soapopera when I was a teenager, "As The World Turns". The character was played by Ian Zering. I just fell in love with the name %26amp; knew it would be one of my son's names when I finally started having children


-His 2nd name is after a manager of a Christian rock group, named Free Fare, that came to my h.s. when I was a sophomore. I'd never seen his name spelled that way %26amp; really liked it.
Reply:We only have one son, Benjamin Micheal. His dad picked the first name and I picked the second. Then, of course we find out that Benjamin was the most popular boy's name for 2001. There's Ben's everywhere! I really wasn't expected that. He'll always be Bennie Bear to me. Gwendalyn is a very pretty name. And my name is Rose!
Reply:I don't have any kids but I can tell you mine and my siblings. My name is Elizabeth Marie. My parents named me Elizabeth because they wanted me to have a biblical name and Marie because lots of family members have that middle name. My brother is Joshua Shin. He was adopted from Korea. His name was Shin Tae Min. They kept Shin as his middle name and changed his first name. My sister's name is Aurora Lynn because she was adopted and that was her name.

Jamari because- I have like the name Amari since I was in high school, but a friend of mines decided to name his daughter Amari about a year ago. THEIF! LOL. So, any ways...my boyfriend wants to name him Jaiden which I love but it WAY too popular...so we to the "J" from Jaiden and added it to my Amari. At least there won't be 5 other Jamari's in the class with him.





Ashaun- It's different and dad's name is Austin. He is a 3rd and refuses for the name to be made a 4th...so we modified a little.

Reply:My son is named Ryan Mackenzie (first and middle only) and the story behind Ryan is that when I was in high school I had a vivid dream about a guy named Ryan... and I woke up the next morning and drew a picture of him and I had a good feeling about it- he was a wonderful person, sensitive to the feelings' of others, kind, funny, etc... and eventually I decided it was a good name for my child one day. I could see the person I raised becoming that man/teen I drew in 10th grade. When I got pregnant with my son there wasn't even another boy's name on the list-- it was always Ryan and I never waffled on it. Mackenzie just sounded good and later I realized (after watching Father of the Bride for the millionth time) that the guys name was BRIAN MACKENZIE and then it hit me- NO WONDER I liked those 2 together!





Our child (to be born Nov 26th) will be Rhys Mason. We just like Reece but my husband insists on the old Welsh spelling and Mason is because my grandpa, whom I was very close to, was a Mason (in life- he was a bricklayer- and he was a Mason as in Masonic Lodge).
