like your parents, or in-laws?





My mother had her mother meddling, when it came to naming my brother, and when I was pregnant w/ my son, everyone had their opinion on names....lol

my mother in law always tried to get us to change the name we wanted to use for our daughter ( we named her Faith Crista). we wouldn't change it but i got tired of hearing her talk about it so i just started telling her maybe. she is already trying to name " our son" and im not even pregnant. in fact im still on birth control. when and if i get pregnant again we are not telling her what the name is until i have it and its already on the birth certificate. lol
Reply:I've been inspired to use my grandfathers first name(Erwin) in my son's middle name. Mainly because I like the idea of carrying on a name within the family, but also because my Grandad has been somewhat of an important person in my life.





I will take the family's open suggestions to names, but ultimately I think it's up to the parents (particularly the mother)...



Reply:At first I did but ultimately I choose the name I loved for my daughter. And YES, everybody had a million and one opinions
Reply:I will have to live with the name so i pick something i love and family members might inspire me but in the end its all on me and my husband(mostly me shhh lol)

Now the key is to thing up a name never heard before and nobody can spell
