How do I publish a children's book that has brand names in it?

I have written a lengthy children's poem which I want to publish as a children's book. The poem is full of brand names and trademaks and such. What is the legality of publishing such a work? What kind of permission would I need? My book may never get published, but I want to try and I want to do it right without getting sued! Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

I looked you'd have to read it yourself and see what applies to your products

You can always ask for permission to use such things ,with the right approach you might even get the companies to pay for publishing the book for you. Read up a little present your case and act like you know what your doing and ride it to the end,you never know you might land on the childrens best seller list. good luck
Reply:Not dumb just hadn't done this before. Report Abuse

Reply:contact a publisher and they will read your book. then they will make the decision if it is good enough to publish.
