What Do You Think Of My Children's Names?

I have six children, four girls and two boys.





Girls:





Susanna Noelle (Age 9)


Violet Emma (Age 5)


Amelia Lenore (Twin, Age 2.5)


Lilly Annabelle (Twin Age 2.5)





Boys:


Luke Spencer (Age 11)


Emmett Jude (Age 7)





Note: The twins were not meant to have reverse initials, it just worked out that way ironically enough. Please be honest and evaluate the names if you feel like it.

What Do You Think Of My Children's Names?



Girls


Susanna Noelle -- I think Susanna is okay. I don't dislike the name, but it's not a personal favorite of mine. I love Noelle. It's actually my puppy's middle name too! heh, I'm not saying that I think it's a dog's name. All of our dogs had human names. And we like their middle names to have "No" in them, so when they're being bad, we can shout "Mollie Noelle!" and still communicated that we aren't happy with them. This name gets a 7 / 10 from me.





Violet Emma -- I love this one! It's beautiful! It's sweet and ages well. 9 / 10





Amelia Lenore -- Amelia is okay. It sounds good with Lenore. I like the 2 names together, but I don't really like each name by itself. 7 / 10





Lilly Annabelle -- I LOVE this one too. Though I think it's almost overkill to have to kids named after flowers. I love both the names though, so it's understandable. Lilly sounds wonderful with Annabelle, I really like this name! 9 / 10








Boys:


Luke Spencer (Age 11) -- I love this one! Luke is the name of my cousin, and I think he's just about the coolest person ever. It sounds good with Spencer also. 9 / 10





Emmett Jude -- I love Emmett! Jude is okay, but it reminds me of Judy... and doesn't seem like a name the kid would want to admit in driver's ed class. I love Emmett though! 8 / 10








Overall, I really like the names of your kids. Aw, it makes me want to get old and have kids... I'm jealous... I can't wait until I can have a family. :)

Lilly Annabelle ~ 10 (How cute! I love both names. In my opinion your spelling of Lilly is definitely the prettiest. I don't care for Lily/other spellings very much. Annabelle is very pretty. The whole thing flows well and sounds great together.)





Luke Spencer ~ 10 (Love both names.)





Emmett Jude ~ 8 (Nice.)

Susanna Noelle - Susanna is timeless and old fashioned, and Noelle sounds a bit more modern - they really compliment each other! good choice!





Violet Emma - I love Violet! so unique and feminine. Violet Emma sounds so vintage, but in a good way!





Amelia Lenore - This name sounds very European! gorgeous! I love Lenore, especially. Lenore is a great name that every one knows, but nobody has.





Lilly Annabelle - This name is sooo cute! i think of a pretty little southern girl. very nice.





Luke Spencer - I love Luke. Luke Spencer has a great flow to it.





Emmett Jude - Emmett is such a strong name, and Jude is a little more gentle. They balance each other out very nicely. Excellent choice!

Violet Emma: I love this combination, one of my favorites is Violet Laura, Violet is such a classic name.





Amelia Lenore: Not completely sold on Lenore, I like it but it's not my favorite name, though I love Amelia and the combination flows well.





Lilly Annabelle: My favorite of the girl's, adorable and becoming.





Luke Spencer: I adore the combination, the balance of syllables is perfect and I like the idea of a biblical name combined with a more modern one.





Emmett Jude: Love this combination too, Emmett's really cute!
