What's Harry and Ginny's children's names and what are their birth order?

I know Albus Serverus Potter, James Potter, and Lily Potter but I don't know how old they are.

What's Harry and Ginny's children's names and what are their birth order?
Harry and Ginny Potter have three children: James (1st child), Albus Severus (2nd child) and Lily (3rd child)





James Potter is in his second year in Hogwarts. He is 12.





Albus Severus Potter is in his first year at Hogwarts. He is 11.





Lily Potter is going to have to wait for two more years before she can go to Hogwarts. She is 9 years old.

Reply:i think that at the end of the book, james is going into his second year, albus is going into his first year, and lily is a year or two younger than albus.

3rd - Lily Potter (9) - Harry mentions at the beginning of the epilogue that Lily just has to wait 2 more years and she can go to Hogwarts too :-)
Reply:Their ages are not disclosed directly Hun but from the events in the last chapter we can infer clearly that It goes James, Albus and Lily. Why? because James and Albus are fighting over Al bus's house placement and Lily is complaining as Ginny did about wanting to start Hogwarts now and not 2 years from now. So James maybe 13, Albus 11 or 12 and Lily 9 or 10

Reply:James is first born, I don't believe JKR ever said his age or what year he was entering at Hogwarts, but he is at least in his 2nd year.

Albus must just be starting because he obviously hasn't been sorted yet. Personally I think he does end up in Slytherin... think about it... Albus Severus Potter... his initials spell ASP... wouldn't it be cool if he could redeem the house of Slytherin somehow?





We know James has already started at Hogwarts, but there's not enough information to know what year he's in. However...





"You'll write to me, won't you?" Albus asked his parents immediately, capitalising on the momentary absence of his brother.


"Every day, if you want us to," said Ginny.


"Not every day," said Albus quickly. "James said most people only get letters from home about once a month."


"We wrote to James three times a week last year," said Ginny.

That last bit there suggests to me that perhaps the last year was James' first, so he'd be starting his second year now, and be 12 years old. Of course though that's just a guess of mine based on the dialogue.
